Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex's online booking experience, providing prompt and professional support to customers via email, phone, and online chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product/service problems, conducting quality assurance reviews, and collaborating with our sales team to up-sell package add-ons and upgrades. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Resolve product/service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool
  • Collaborate with our sales team to up-sell package add-ons and upgrades, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth
  • Participate in sales coaching and development programs to enhance your skills and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work well on a team
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with a desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows and online web applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
