Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research and Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support our clients' business needs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant data from various sources, including but not limited to: + Online databases and resources + Industry reports and publications + Client-provided data and information

• Enter and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases, ensuring data quality and integrity through regular verification and validation
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, including but not limited to:

+ Sales and marketing teams + Product development teams + Client success teams

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data entry and research, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes
• Utilize data management tools and software to efficiently collect, organize, and analyze data
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and research, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

• Proficiency in data entry and data analysis, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to extract information from various sources and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with data management tools and software, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) + Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, data science)

• Experience with data visualization tools and software
• Familiarity with industry-specific data management tools and software
• Certification in data analysis or research (e.g. Google Data Analytics Certification, Certified Data Analyst (CDA))
