Position Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering data into various systems and tools, including our ERP and CRM systems
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness
• Resolving data discrepancies and errors
• Maintaining data integrity and security
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Analyzing and reporting data trends and insights to inform business decisions

Responsibilities

* Enter data into various systems and tools, including our ERP and CRM systems

• Verify data accuracy and completeness, and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Maintain data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Analyze and report data trends and insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, including data entry and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
