Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our team of data experts who are passionate about unlocking business insights and driving growth. As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble complex data analyses, visualizations, and reports that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Answer business-critical questions and provide expert analysis on various business streams to improve customer experiences and drive conversions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
What You'll Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects from unclear requirements to actionable insights and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly)
- Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues to management
- MBA or other multi-industry experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A sense of humor and a passion for learning and growth
