The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that answers 24/7, 365 days a year. You will be the first line of contact for customers nationwide, helping them reunite with their missing pets. Key Responsibilities:
* Reassure callers who may be panicked about their missing pets, providing empathetic and professional support
- Serve as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents, utilizing your problem-solving skills and expertise
- Provide a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day or evening shifts

What You'll Bring:
* Previous call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
