Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our airline and corporate travel clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues with ease. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to airline and corporate travel clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, text/SMS, and online booking tools

  • Receive, initiate, and process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services, ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to manage queues, scripts, and programmable keys, ensuring efficient and effective travel planning
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring travel requirements are met and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
  • Respond to and monitor emails, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of corporate travel experience, with a strong understanding of travel service activities and industry best practices

  • Proficiency in the Sabre GDS reservation system, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including shifts and weekends, to meet client needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Familiarity with corporate travel technology and industry trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
