Job Summary
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing submissions sent electronically by our members, comparing data with source documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Consistently meet the established daily quota for data entry tasks
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Accurately document and record member information
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* Proficient in PC operations and navigation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry and CRM software
- Data entry experience
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
