Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to arenaflex members by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on arenaflex's products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Assistance:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to online orders, membership accounts, billing, or technical issues.

Communication:

Provide clear and concise explanations, follow up on unresolved issues, and maintain effective communication with both members and internal teams.

Documentation:

Accurately record customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Policy Adherence:

Stay informed about arenaflex's policies, promotions, and procedures to offer accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred.
