About the Team

The arenaflex Presales Team is a dynamic and motivated group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Presales Consultant – Customer Success, you will join a team of experts who are dedicated to understanding the needs of our customers and providing them with tailored solutions to drive business growth. Our team is all home-based, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance, and reports to the Director of Customer Success for the USA. Overnight travel will be required to visit customers on-site or remotely through web sessions.

About the Role

As a Presales Consultant – Customer Success, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points
  • Demonstrating the business benefits embedded in our software with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Fostering relationships to build trust with customers and drive long-term partnerships
  • Ongoing communication with existing customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Owning key activities for the CSMs Quarterly Business Reviews, including GAP Reports, refresher training, Change Requests, and Upgrades
  • Identifying gaps & opportunities in the customer business processes
  • Visiting customers on-site or remotely through web sessions to provide tailored solutions and support

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of industry experience in Apparel, Footwear, and/or Private Label retail business
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and operations in the retail industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to all customer roles, from Product Development to the C-suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Bonus for familiarity with PLM/PDM software applications
