If You're Ready to Make a Real Impact at Scale, This is Your Place

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and respond to calls, emails, and chats from workers and candidates

  • Categorize calls by department and type
  • Follow up with each department to resolve incidents
  • Resolve incidents and determine priorities based on their importance
  • Identify recurring problems and communicate with responsible parties to prevent them from happening again
  • Increase worker satisfaction
  • Understand the operation of the company's work process at an expert level

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar fields

  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Active listening and communication skills
  • High organizational and problem-solving capacity
  • Empathy and proactivity
  • Orientation to the customer and the worker

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's technology and processes
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
