Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist – Junk Removal Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service in both English and French, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Quoting and invoicing for junk removal services, accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions.
  • Coordinating with drivers for efficient service delivery, ensuring that our customers receive timely and reliable service.
  • Conducting outreach and following up with potential leads, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Handling various backend tasks as they arise, such as data entry, report generation, and administrative support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in sales and customer support is preferred, but not required.
