What You'll Do:
As a Norwegian Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing arenaflex with professionalism and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing seamless customer experiences through phone, email, and calls
- Handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Turning every customer into a happy customer through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions

What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Understanding and empathizing with people, with a strong problem-solving mentality
- Prior experience in customer support or claims and consumer complaints (an asset)
- Exceptional communication and soft skills, with a results-driven approach
- Computer knowledge, with good proficiency in MS programs
- A positive and adventurous attitude, with a curiosity-driven mindset
