Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven attitude
  • A strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
