Responsibilities
As an Experienced Plumbing Customer Service and Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in their time of need. You'll be responsible for:
- Handling all inbound inquiries (phone, online, etc.)
- Setting and managing the schedules of our technicians
- Providing empathetic support to customers in their situations
- Utilizing strong sales, customer service, and phone skills to resolve customer issues
- Problem-solving and critical thinking to find solutions to complex customer problems
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
