Strategic Sourcing, Manager - Community Support (Contact Center)

Description:

Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier relationship management across BPO and contact center services.
Develop and execute category plans aligned with business priorities and sourcing strategy.
Partner with business leaders to translate needs into sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
Conduct opportunity assessments, manage RFPs, select suppliers, and lead complex contract negotiations.
Analyze spend data and market trends to identify savings, innovation, and risk mitigation opportunities.
Apply AI tools and automation to streamline analysis, supplier management, and contract workflows.
Build and manage supplier relationships to deliver value, service quality, and accountability.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management on commercial terms, compliance, and financial outcomes.
Identify and lead process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on supplier capabilities, market dynamics, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

10+ years of procurement or industry experience, ideally managing indirect spend across BPO/contact center services.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and negotiation efforts that deliver measurable savings and value.
Experience applying AI or data-driven solutions to simplify procurement processes or optimize workflows.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Deep understanding of supplier management, risk mitigation, and contract governance.
Limited travel required, less than 10%.
US Remote Eligible; must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
