The Role

As an Off-Site Live or Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support through live chat, tele-support, and email communication channels. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, and identify and escalate urgent or technically challenging issues to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, tele-support, and email communication channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, maintaining a customer-first mentality and a strong focus on problem-solving.
