Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations to customers on arenaflex products and services
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive growth
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including needs assessment, solution selling, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including sales pipeline management and customer interaction tracking
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual sales setting

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Strong knowledge of sales analytics and data-driven decision making
