Job Summary
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and implement software applications that meet the needs of our customers and the company. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that are technically sound, well-integrated, and aligned with our organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply programming skills and knowledge to solve a range of problems and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with other engineers to raise technology and consistently apply best practices
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate project status and proposals
- Document all aspects of a system or application for future updates and maintenance
- Determine and evaluate customer needs and develop software to meet those requirements
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during design, testing, and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve technical capabilities
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of software development processes, practices, concepts, and technologies
- Proficiency in at least one required programming language
- Experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and Service Cloud
- Experience with API integration, Java programming, JavaScript, JSON, and DevOps tools such as GIT and SalesforceDX
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and manage complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide others and present ideas and strategies to different audiences
