Delivery Driver-Remote Dispatch
Job Summary JM Test Systems is seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver/Delivery Personnel to represent the company while delivering and picking up equipment, paperwork, and raw materials across the Midwest region supporting our Mattoon, IL office. In this role, you will ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries while providing a professional customer experience at every stop. You will play a key part in maintaining equipment integrity, supporting logistics operations, and strengthening customer relationships through clear communication and dependable service. - Deliver and pick up equipment, paperwork, and raw materials across the assigned region
- Represent JM Test Systems professionally with external customers
- Load and unload materials while following all safety procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding pickup, delivery, and turnaround times
- Maintain customer relationships through reliable and responsive service
- Conduct daily check-ins with the logistics coordinator
- Obtain customer signatures and submit required documentation
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate service or repairs
- Follow all safety requirements while driving and operating at customer sites
- Meet daily deadlines and communicate delays or exceptions promptly

- Ability to work independently while staying accountable to dispatch instructions
- Reliable professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to manage physical demands of driving, lifting, and moving equipment (up to 50 lbs or more, with a dolly available as needed).
- Ability to travel long distances with overnight stays
- Ability to work extended shifts including 10–12 hours as needed

Traveling Incentives:

Schedule:
- 40-hour work week
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
- Weekends as needed
