Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Working effectively in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborating with peers and leaders to achieve team goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

What We Offer:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
  • Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour after 24 months
  • Pay for Performance incentive, paid out monthly to eligible team members
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health care, 401(k), paid time off, and more

Requirements:

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • To reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Self-provided computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • High-speed internet connection and headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
