Job Overview:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing support and resolutions to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Connect with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • De-escalate issues, escalate interactions when necessary, and provide feedback on call issues
  • Process payments, track call-related information, and provide upsells as required
  • Collaborate with a virtual team, working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment

Requirements:

* 6 months of customer service experience preferred

  • High school graduate or GED, with ability to type 25 wpm
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, Windows operating systems, and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a clean and quiet workspace
  • Internet requirements: minimum 15.0 Mbps download, 5.0 Mbps upload, and no packet loss or VPN

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
