Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Support Intern at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting data and making changes to digital databases
- Creating spreadsheets to track client information
- Transferring data from hard copy to digital databases
- Updating client information in databases
- Organizing existing data in spreadsheets
- Verifying and correcting data errors
- Performing regular database backups
- Providing administrative support
- Assisting with special projects requiring data entry
- Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals
Preferred Qualities:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry and management
- Familiarity with various databases
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google-based programs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Details:
* Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: 40-hour week, typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Location: Hybrid - arenaflex's headquarters in Fayetteville, AR (with remote work options)
