Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Mastering the goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program
  • Developing effective community outreach strategies
  • Ensuring seamless enrollment processes for the program
  • Upselling techniques for enrollees with additional needs
