About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our team! As a critical member of our Customer Care department, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support via phone calls. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone calls
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
- Technical Skills: Basic computer operation skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and ability to type 35 wpm
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
