Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consistently excellent customer service across all contact points
  • Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC)
  • Collaborating closely with the team leader and following instructions to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure duties
  • Representing arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to customers
  • Attending and completing all required training within given timeframes
  • Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times

Requirements for Success:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints

  • Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid DVLA driving license (or willingness to apply for a BAA driving license)
