Full-time Customer Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, as well as book and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment, as well as resolve oversold seat assignments and issue upgrades
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. You'll need to be able to effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Adaptability:

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is crucial. You'll need to be able to think on your feet and respond to unexpected situations with ease.

Language Skills:

Bilingual language skills are desired, but not required. If you're fluent in multiple languages, this is a definite plus!

Driver's License:

A valid driver's license is required by local authorities, but you won't need to use it for this role.

Background Check:

You'll need to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting (as required).
