About the Role In this strategic role, you will: * Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, representing arenaflex as a thought leader in AI and driving revenue growth through the adoption of our AI solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals, to develop and execute customized sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships. * Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies, ensuring that our AI solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. * Support the development of company culture and contribute to the growth of our high-performing team, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values different perspectives, voices, and experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, representing arenaflex as a thought leader in AI. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized sales strategies. * Develop and execute complex deal strategies and lead high-visibility customer events. * Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies. * Support the development of company culture and contribute to the growth of our high-performing team. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: * Proven experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company. * A track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for at least 6 years. * Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies and leading high-visibility customer events. * Strong market intelligence and reporting skills, with the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market data.
