Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assisting customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns.
  • Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist with future inquiries.
  • Staying informed about our product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
