Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting customer, financial, and operational data into spreadsheets and software platforms
  • Updating and maintaining data records across multiple systems
  • Reviewing reports to identify data errors and inconsistencies
  • Organizing digital files and documentation for easy access and reference
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure complete and up-to-date records
  • Performing routine audits to verify data accuracy
  • Following confidentiality standards and company procedures closely

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree is a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a clerical or data entry role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in typing and data entry
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
