Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team in Texas or Arizona. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence

  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience in a retail, fast food, face-to-face, or over-the-phone environment (call center experience preferred)

  • Type 40 WPM and have hard-wired high-speed internet (50 Mbps download)
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work opportunity in Texas or Arizona (must live in Texas or Arizona)

  • Contract position through January
  • Must be available to work any shift during hours of operation: Monday-Sunday, 8am-7pm Central Time

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.50/hour
