What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of our customer support team
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to our clients
  • Working securely with customers' sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide informed support and guidance
  • Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience with cryptocurrency platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

* Experience with CRM systems, with a proven ability to manage and analyze customer data to inform support strategies
