Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct interviews to evaluate applicants qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling, and feedback collection.

Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Provide regular updates to clients or internal teams regarding recruitment progress.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.

Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in various sectors.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, ATS).

Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.

Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition preferred.

Candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
