Sr. Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

• Build, schedule, and QA marketing emails in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Upload and maintain website content, including blogs and landing pages.
• Maintain contact data and segmentation within HubSpot to support data integrity.
• Build and manage targeted contact lists for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing marketing assets for events and campaigns.
• Schedule social media content in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and social media.
• Experience in creating marketing assets is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to support initiatives.
