Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Engage in online chat inquiries as assigned, providing prompt and helpful responses
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
