What You’ll Do
- Manage between six (6) to eight (8) projects annually.
- Oversee projects of varying size, ranging from $50,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to closeout
- Ensuring projects are completed according to schedules,
- Ensuring all inspections and punch lists are finalized before project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality
- Expeditie permit acquisition
- Coordinating client vendors and deliveries
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Partner with Project Managers to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- generate daily and weekly progress reports
- Conduct daily site walks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects moving forward
- capturing and sending progress photos,
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and inspectors
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent (commercial, retail and restaurants)
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Verifying and assisti subcontractors with layout,
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- OSHA certification preferred
