During an active proof-of-concept (PoC) period, you will contribute incrementally to build and deploy automation initiatives, helping shape scalable patterns that will grow with the organization. This is a practitioner role for someone who takes pride in clean pipelines, reliable deployments, and well-structured infrastructure code.

  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, consistent build and deployment operations across environments
  • Identify and resolve pipeline failures, bottlenecks, and reliability issues in a timely manner
  • Incrementally improve pipeline performance, stability, and observability as part of ongoing automation work

  • Contribute to cost awareness and resource optimization efforts across AWS environments

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with SRE, NOC, and Software Engineering teams to align DevOps practices with broader REO reliability and operational goals
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tooling during the PoC period, providing technical input on build and deploy automation approaches
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support production deployment and infrastructure events
  • Ensure all DevOps activities comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and HealthEdge''s internal security and compliance policies
