Job Description:

Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
Manage the incentive budget
Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus
Engage with the employees heavily in chat
Communicate with the client directly
Drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales
Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents
Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials
Serve as a point of contact for sales agents
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask. This includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Self-driven, ambitious, outgoing personality with high energy
Proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes
