Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

As an In‑Person Customer Service Representative (commonly known as a Host) at arenaflex, you are the first point of contact for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is pivotal in driving repeat business, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring the front‑of‑house operates smoothly during both peak and off‑peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
