You will work directly with senior executives to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that leverage technology to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will span areas such as digital strategy, process automation, data analytics, cloud adoption, and change management. Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to define their digital transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap. Analyze current business processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify areas for digital improvement. Design and recommend innovative digital solutions, including technology platforms, data analytics capabilities, and customer experience enhancements. Develop business cases and financial models to justify digital transformation investments. Lead and manage the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and build internal capabilities. Advise clients on best practices in change management to ensure successful cultural and operational shifts. Conduct market research and stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies. Manage client relationships and build trust at the executive level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex digital projects. Strong understanding of key digital technologies (e.g., AI, ML, Cloud, IoT, Big Data).
