What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of the Networks CTO Office, driving portfolio management across planning, execution, and simplification. You’ll connect strategy, finance, and delivery, while exploring how data, analytics, and AI can strengthen prioritization, improve decision‑making, and enable smarter ways of working. Join our team, where your skills will thrive – and together, let’s make better happen As a Strategy & Portfolio Manager, you will drive end‑to‑end Network prioritization for portfolio planning, balancing country needs, life‑cycle management, and strategic commitments. You will own and follow up on our most vital Network deliveries, securing financial control, on‑time execution, and roadmap alignment towards our 2030 ambitions. Acting as the main portfolio contact from the Network side, you will lead, clarify responsibilities, and manage incoming local demands. Working closely with Technology and Infrastructure, you will help shape strategies, financial plans, and a more data‑driven, simplified way of working. You will also have a leading role in defining AI implementation for Networks unit broad processes such as investment planning and portfolio management. What will help you thrive in this role: The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving & organizational skills paired with business acumen and a growth mindset. Focusing on creating value and drive increased clarity the ideal candidate excels in communication and interpersonal interactions. 3 -5 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or similar environments, ideally supported by hands-on exposure to network infrastructure or related technical domains. A proactive, action‑oriented mindset, with a willingness to iterate and continuously improve. Strong learning agility, including openness to feedback, willingness to take initiative, and ability to learn from both successes and challenges. Flexibility and resilience, with the capacity to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs. Fluency in English.
