Use your personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients. Build long-term relationships, turning first-time clients into loyal travelers. Leverage AAA’s established travel strategy to maximize success and achieve your sales goals. Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation while ensuring compliance with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies. Educate clients on AAA benefits, including exclusive travel perks and the AAA-branded credit card. Resolve client concerns under management guidance. Dekalb Pike, Suite 352, King of Prussia, PA 19406 1601 South Christopher Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19148 Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or graduate of an accredited travel school is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a retail/leisure travel agent (or other comparable travel experience) preferred. Minimum of 3 years of Retail experience required. Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation required within 2 years of job acceptance. Existing book of business strongly preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to respond to customer inquiries and interact with individuals. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational skills. Proficient using the Internet, AAA Intranet, Travel booking sites, and other applicable legacy and web-based PC applications used to process work and service client requests. Ability to complete all AAA Travel Agent training via AAA-University and class attendance is required. Working knowledge of geography and the ability to use manual (paper) or PC based maps. What We Offer: Base Salary: The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 to $26.76/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentives: This position is eligible to earn incentive pay with an average payout of $550 - $1,500 per month, after approximately 6 months of employment.
