Sales Manager, ELT & K12

What you'll do here as a sales manager, ELT & K12: Shape and complete innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions. Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education sales team to deliver outstanding results. Uncover new business opportunities and expand our market presence Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer happiness and support our educational mission. Skills you'll bring to thrive here: Graduate or post-graduate degree (or equivalent experience). 7+ years sales experience. Minimum 5 years people leader experience. Background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education. Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Experience managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the timely delivery of compliant, compelling, and commercially sound bids. A proven history of success in sales management and achieving ambitious targets. Outstanding leadership and team-building skills to empower others. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. Preferred Experience: Global matrix experience a plus.
