Job Description
The AmaliTech Voluntary Internship is strategically designed to provide students and graduates with a 6-week hands-on experience in various business and technical fields. This internship is open to undergraduates or graduates with a background in Computer Science or Engineering, IT, and other non-STEM programmes. Interns will gain practical industry exposure by working in departments aligned with their fields of study, developing professional skills, and expanding their career prospects. Internship Details Model: Onsite, Remote Location: Ghana (Accra, Takoradi, Kumasi) Duration: 6 weeks Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Available Specialisations Interns will have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas based on their course of study and interests: Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Quality Assurance, AI/IoT, DevOps) Cybersecurity Data Analytics UI/UX Digital Marketing Finance. Programme Structure Experience: Interns are embedded into teams and gain hands-on experience in their chosen fields Mentorship: Each intern is paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to ensure you achieve your goals. Mentors will assist interns in their professional growth, advise them on technical and career-related matters, and help them navigate the workplace environment Networking: Interns are encouraged to participate in all company social events and other activities to help them expand their professional network by connecting with AmaliTech staff and other interns.
Qualifications
Ghanaian tertiary student or graduate Candidates should be studying or have experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related programmes Candidates may be studying any programme that fits into specific Operations departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Recruitment, or Facility Management, etc. Candidates must be at least 18 years old Candidates must not be working (engaged in any type of employment). Available Cohorts Third Cohort: Open to all – August to September Fourth Cohort: Females only – October to November.
