Intern, People Operations What You’ll Do Vaniam Group's People Operations team supports every employee across the organization — from onboarding and benefits to culture and compliance. As our People Operations Intern, you'll build an AI-enabled knowledge base that transforms how employees and managers find answers to their most common questions. This is a high-impact project for someone who cares about employee experience and wants to apply AI to solve real operational challenges at scale. What You’ll Work On Inventory and organize existing People Operations documentation, including policies, benefits guides, onboarding materials, and process workflows Structure content into a searchable, well-tagged knowledge base designed for self-service use by employees and managers Use AI tools — primarily Claude and Copilot — to draft, summarize, and standardize FAQ entries covering the most frequently asked People Operations questions Pilot an AI-powered FAQ agent or chatbot prototype that can surface relevant answers from the knowledge base Document the content architecture and maintenance process so the People Operations team can update the knowledge base independently after the internship Present the completed knowledge base, pilot results, and recommendations for scaling to leadership What You’ll Learn How People Operations functions in a fully remote, growing organization — including benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement Information architecture and content design principles for building scalable internal knowledge systems How to evaluate, configure, and pilot AI agents and chatbot tools for enterprise use Techniques for translating dense policy language into clear, employee-friendly content Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in a people-centered function What You Must Have Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and categorize large volumes of information Clear, concise writing skills suited for internal communications and employee-facing content Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment and managing your own priorities Time Requirements: Availability to work 20 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (June through August 2026) The Team You’ll Work Closest With You will work closely with the People Operations team and partner with functional leads across the organization to ensure the knowledge base reflects accurate, up-to-date information.
