Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Regional Benefits Administration Analyst to join our International Benefits team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the implementation, ongoing administration, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region. You will join a collaborative and execution-focused international rewards team dedicated to balancing global corporate consistency with vital local relevance to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience. What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

Administration & Operations: Execute end-to-end plan lifecycle management, perform routine quality assurance on data files, manage eligibility tracking, and resolve complex employee benefit queries. Vendor Management & Billing Administration: Monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements while handling routine benefits billing, purchase order setup, invoice reviews, and vendor payment processing. Compliance, Governance & Audit: Track regional regulatory requirements to maintain compliance obligations for all benefit and paid time off programs while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Draft clear benefit communications, partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources teams, and aggregate utilization data to populate executive dashboards. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 3–5+ years of experience in progressive LATAM benefits administration within the designated region. Strong knowledge of aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents, with highly preferred practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills within a matrixed global environment. Organizational agility to manage competing priorities with a continuous-improvement mindset focused on process automation. Professional fluency in verbal and written English, with proficiency in Spanish. Portuguese being highly advantageous.(Please submit your CV in English).
