Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Facility Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our facility portfolio. This role emphasizes vendor management, customer relations, emergency response, and strategic planning while ensuring operational and financial efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Vendor and Budget Management: Oversee vendor relationships, scope communication, manage outcomes, and handle financial accountability (e.g., invoices and quotes). Ensure fiscal responsibility in repair vs. replacement decisions and strategic vendor selection for emergencies Work Order and Emergency Response: Manage work order (WO) statuses, including quotes, emergencies, and client communication. Respond to emergencies within defined timelines and provide real-time updates Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Build trust with stakeholders (e.g., Center Directors, Division Managers, Regional Managers) through regular communication and process transparency Address escalations effectively and foster relationship-building via site assessments and proactive engagement Site Assessments and Portfolio Asset Management: Conduct thorough site assessments, gather and analyze data, document findings, and ensure asset inventory accuracy Manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs and capital planning effectively Communication and Strategic Thinking: Exhibit proactive, active communication practices, provide timely updates, and manage escalations with ownership Approach building operations holistically and align decisions with organizational goals. Organization and On-Call Responsibilities: Maintain systems for managing emails, WO, escalations, quotes, approvals, and emergencies. Be available for off-hour, weekend, and project-related communication

Qualifications
