We're seeking a BioEngineer for Genomics to join our genomics bench, working at the frontier of what artificial intelligence can achieve in biology.

About the Role

You will contribute to our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex genomic data, working across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions. You will work as part of a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across: Sequencing QC → alignment & assembly Variant calling & filtering Clinical variant interpretation Population genetics → algorithmic reasoning Requirements 5+ years hands-on experience with genomics or genetics data Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics Proficiency in Python and/or R Compensation & Logistics OTE 120k - 180k, performance based, based on individual's expertise 100% premium covered Blue Shield platinum health plan Free meals (lunch and dinner) Waterfront office in China Basin, San Francisco Full-time, in-person (can be remote) Location: San Francisco, CA.
