JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Senior to Manager-level UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading end-to-end UKG WFM implementations and optimizations for clients across diverse industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving both strategic guidance and hands-on configuration, with a strong emphasis on system integrations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and deliver full-lifecycle UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support engagements, owning both functional configuration and technical design Gather, analyze, and translate complex client business requirements into scalable WFM solutions covering timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and attendance Design, develop, and maintain system integrations between UKG WFM and third-party platforms (HRIS, ERP, payroll) using REST/SOAP APIs or Dell Boomi Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for functional configuration issues, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Mentor junior consultants, conduct peer reviews, and contribute to the development of internal delivery accelerators and best practices Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or UKG Ready / Workforce Central. Demonstrated techno-functional expertise across core WFM modules: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, and Leave Management Proven experience with system integrations using one or more of the following: RESTful / SOAP API development and configuration Dell Boomi AtomSphere (design, deployment, and troubleshooting of integration processes) Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and working with large workforce datasets Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and labor compliance processes Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) NICE TO HAVE UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification(s) Experience with UKG People Analytics or reporting tools (Cognos, BI) Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies Exposure to workforce management in healthcare, manufacturing, or retail environments Experience with additional iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Azure Logic Apps) Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment Apply To This Job
