Job Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides comprehensive mental health care to patients with emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges. This role delivers evidence-based individual therapy; conducts psychosocial assessments; develops treatment plans; and collaborates with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical assessments, intake interviews, and mental health evaluations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals. Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaborate with neurologists, medical staff, and support providers to coordinate care. Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards. Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings.

Required Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Active South Carolina professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Proven experience providing therapy in clinical or medical behavioral health settings. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred: Experience with neuropsychological or neurological patient populations. Training in trauma-informed, cognitive, or integrative therapies. Market Compensation – South Carolina (U.S.) Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year Apply To This Job
