The role of Territory Manager is responsible for selling Aroa’s soft tissue repair portfolio to the US Acute and Non-Acute marketplace. The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, working in partnership with sales support functions and sales and marketing leadership to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. What you’ll bring! Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Proven success in medical sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. A minimum of three years' sales experience, ideally selling business-to-business products or solutions. Experience within the healthcare industry, including familiarity with operating room and outpatient clinic environments. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership and drive results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly absorb technical and clinical information. Excellent organizational and process management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
